Who We Are
Serving the Property Owners
The day-to-day operation of the Association is the responsibility of the Board of Directors, the Association's Road Supervisor, and other volunteers. The Association is governed by its Bylaws, Covenants, and applicable state laws--namely, North Carolina's Planned Community Act (Chapter 47-F) and Nonprofit Organization Act (Chapter 55-A).

Membership in the Round Mountain Property Owners Association is automatic for all those who purchase lots or houses within the bounds of the subdivision. Your annual assessments allow the Association to fulfill its mission of maintaining our roads and common areas and enhancing our quality of life. Together, we can make a difference.
